Fruits: Our favorites are nectarine, melon, strawberry, marionberry, orange, pineapple, and bananas.
Dairy: Ice cream, gelato, pudding, yogurt, cheese, cheesecake.
Grain: Bread, cake, cornbread, cookies, pastries, donuts, dip crackers, butter, corn, oatmeal, cereal.
Vegetables: Sprinkle or dip on raw vegetables. For green salad dressing, use alone or combine with Epiphany Rosemary Grape Seed Oil.
Fish: A bottle on the table, or as a glaze before grilling or baking fish. Salmon is a favorite.
Meat: Use it alone, or combine with Epiphany Rosemary Grape Seed Oil on pork, lamb, or chicken. On beef, try with Epiphany Garlic Grape Seed Oil.
